Since the year 2006 we have been trying our best to bring out a realm of research output due to many outstanding contributors across the globe in the form of research articles, lecture series, tutorial papers, letters, advertisements and classifieds. This International Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics, IJSCI, is published as a quarterly journal in the months of January, April, July and October of every year. World-renowned peers are the reviewers of this journal and some of the names of the Editors of IJSCI are provided in this web site. High quality research papers are invited for publication in this journal. The major objective of this journal is to consolidate the entire science and technology under three categories, systemics, cybernetics and informatics. Hence, there is no bar on the submission of research papers of any discipline. Since the only purpose of this journal is to support students, faculty members and industrialists in their pursuit of knowledge, the annual subscription of the journal has been worked out as a part of the cost-to-publish basis (Rs. 2,000/-) and thus even an individual can afford to subscribe for this journal. The printing fee for a paper has been kept as low as Rs 5,000/-. IJSCI is viewed as a joint venture by the Pentagram Research Publications, which is a unit of Pentagram Research Centre (P) Limited, Hyderabad, India and the authors and subscribers. So, authors and subscribers do have the right to put forth constructive suggestions and even take part in the publication activities. Interested authors can also associate themselves as Associate Members, Members and Fellows of the Pentagram Research Foundation and serve the academic community. This journal is brought out in two forms (i) hard copy and (ii) electronic copy in PDF form. The electronic copies would be sent to subscribers who do not stay in India, while the hard copies would be sent to the subscribers by speed post to subscribers who stay in India. We started with a humble beginning. Feel free to write to us. Papers would be reviewed based on certain parameters that are given in the guidelines. Authors are directed to go through the guidelines and prepare their papers strictly according to the guidelines. As per the guidelines given by the steering committee of IJSCI, the publication cost of a paper has to be borne jointly by the authors of a paper and the printing cost for a paper is Rs 5,000/-. Hence authors of a paper are required to pay this amount in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of Pentagram Research Centre Pvt Limited, payable at Hyderabad as soon as they are informed of the approval of their paper for publication. Accepted papers would be kept in our database and would be published appropriately. |
