Editorial Policy

Peer Review Policy

IJSci follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure unbiased evaluation. Neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other’s identity.

Review process includes:

  • Initial screening by editorial team
  • Assignment to expert reviewers
  • Review based on originality, methodology, clarity, and relevance
  • Final decision
7–15 Days Review Time The editorial board reserves the right to make the final decision based on reviewer comments.

Publication Ethics

IJSci strictly follows ethical publishing standards based on guidelines from Committee on Publication Ethics.

Authors must ensure:

  • Original and unpublished work
  • Proper citation
  • No data manipulation
  • All co-author consent required
Any unethical practice such as plagiarism, duplicate submission, or manipulation of data will lead to immediate rejection and possible blacklisting.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate.

  • Acceptable similarity index: Below 15%
  • Above limit → immediate rejection
  • Self-plagiarism is also considered unethical
If plagiarism is detected after publication, the paper will be removed and further action will be taken.

Open Access Policy

IJSci provides full open access to all published content.

  • All articles are freely available without subscription.
  • Readers can read, download, and share content.
  • This ensures wider visibility and citation of research.

Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw their manuscript under the following conditions:

  • Before review → Allowed
  • During review → Allowed with reason
  • After acceptance → Not allowed
If publication processing has started, withdrawal requests may not be accepted.

Publication Fee

IJSci follows a transparent publication fee structure.

  • Fees are applicable only after acceptance
  • No hidden charges
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable
This fee covers peer review, editing, formatting, and online publication.

Correction & Retraction

IJSci ensures accuracy and integrity in publication.

  • Minor errors → Correction notice published
  • Major errors or misconduct → Retraction
Retracted articles will be clearly marked to maintain transparency.
